Our Branches

Our branches are the core of our business – our clients’ journey starts here. From greeting the client by hand as they walk through the door to a side-by-side personalised service experience, our branches and self-service options are designed with their needs in mind.

To help ensure that we can serve our clients in their home language, we recruit from the areas in which we operate and have branches across South Africa.

Inside a branch
Visiting a branch is often seen as a time-consuming necessity. Our service consultants are passionate about service – they put the client first, act with energy, own every interaction, and make every effort to turn a reluctant branch visit into a worthwhile and valuable experience.

Our Business Support Centre

Excellent personal service would mean little without ongoing support from our Business Support Centre (BSC).

Location
Our 2 BSCs are in Bellville (Western Cape) and Johannesburg CBD (Gauteng).

As a central hub of support functions, our BSC operates with high energy and is a direct lifeline to our clients and our branches. This diverse team of problem-solvers and solution-seekers helps to ensure that we are on top of our game.

Our head office buildings are located across South Africa. We refer to them as Campuses, as they are centres of learning.

We not only use technology to innovate new products and services to better serve our clients’ needs, we also challenge the status quo. Our teams at our Campuses are future focused and continuously look for ways to innovate and meet our strategic objectives.

Our head office is based at our Stellenbosch Campus (Western Cape); however, we also have offices located at our Bellville Campus (Western Cape) and Johannesburg Campus (Gauteng).
