Our branches are the core of our business – our clients’ journey starts here. From greeting the client by hand as they walk through the door to a side-by-side personalised service experience, our branches and self-service options are designed with their needs in mind.

To help ensure that we can serve our clients in their home language, we recruit from the areas in which we operate and have branches across South Africa.

Visiting a branch is often seen as a time-consuming necessity. Our service consultants are passionate about service – they put the client first, act with energy, own every interaction, and make every effort to turn a reluctant branch visit into a worthwhile and valuable experience.

Our Business Support Centre

Excellent personal service would mean little without ongoing support from our Business Support Centre (BSC).

Our 2 BSCs are in Bellville (Western Cape) and Johannesburg CBD (Gauteng).

As a central hub of support functions, our BSC operates with high energy and is a direct lifeline to our clients and our branches. This diverse team of problem-solvers and solution-seekers helps to ensure that we are on top of our game.

Nolu started out as a collections agent before joining our Complaint Management team at our BSC where she thrived on finding ways to bridge the gaps between Capitec and our clients. Today she is an integral part of our Client Engagement team in our Marketing division where she continues to champion our clients – and she shows no signs of slowing down!
