Noluthando Ndlwana

Noluthando Ndlwana started her career at Capitec in March 2009 as a collections agent. About 9 months later, she began assisting our Helpdesk and soon became a permanent agent. Since then, she hasn't stopped moving. In 2012 she applied for a Complaints Management Officer position. Little did she know that she would find her passion there.

It was at an Ombudsman conference where Nolu met a Client Experience (CE) consultant. After a brief conversation about what she does. Nolu decided her goal was to do the same.

Contrary to popular belief, Complaints is not just about irate clients. The team in Complaints Management have the opportunity to find gaps between the bank and its clients, client communication and even between banking systems. Being a CE consultant meant that Nolu could become more hands-on in finding solutions for and bridging these gaps.

Nolu is not only an exemplary employee, she also is an outstanding student and mother. She finished a BCom in Financial Management, an HR Management Programme and a BCom Honours in Business Management, all while putting 2 kids through school as a single mother!
