Role:
Lead: Marketing Portfolio
To be a key partner to business units, executing campaigns in line with business objectives, owning thedesign and successful execution of targeted and performance-oriented campaigns, focussed onboosting audience engagement and utilising effective channels.
To own the execution of planned initiatives that connect each internal and external client to Capitec’sBrand identity, strategy and objectives.

1.Campaign management
Partner with business owners to align marketing initiatives to business objectives. Provide key subjectmatter insight towards developing campaign strategies for specific business units.
Provide input for budget planning and monitor campaign budgets.
Develop detailed comprehensive campaign plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders (businessor marketing).
Assume end-to-end ownership for small to medium sized campaigns (content creation, optimisedelivery channels, flag and remove delivery barriers, continuously monitor and communicate progress,and contribute towards measurement of success).
Develop, plan, and execute effective communication and content strategies (in alignment withcampaign and content calendar).
Utilise insights from various channels and feedback mechanisms (inputs and polls) to enhancecampaign targeting and enhance post-campaign reporting.
2.Marketing Analytics
Compile and analyse operational website data to identify trends and insights pertaining to campaignperformance.
Compile and deliver reports based on analytics for campaigns.
Provide key subject matter input towards building models and tools to understand, track and integratethe customer lifecycle into campaigns and client engagements
3.Best practice and knowledge sharing
Continuously research and keep up to date with industry developments and best practice.
Play a key role in supporting and contributing towards the Marketing Centre of Excellence.
Participate and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions with business stakeholders and product ownerson the adoption of new tools, techniques and technologies.

Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Bachelor's Degree

A relevant post graduate degree

In-depth knowledge of marketing channels, stakeholder management, and campaign execution.
Online content management, web CMS system
Analytics and tools: GA4, GTM, Optimizely
Digital marketing or ad operations
CMS (Content Management Systems) and technologies and how content is created and distributed onthese channels
Understanding of writing, designing, editing, proofing
Content management system experience
