This role exists to turn franchise opportunities into well‑structured, well-assessed funding deals that work for our clients and for us. We need someone who can make sense of complex information, apply sound judgement and move opportunities forward with confidence.

• Control the franchise funding pipeline by hunting and closing opportunities that drive rapid growth of the Business Bank’s franchise portfolio.
• Put together end-to-end funding applications for franchise clients, from first discussion through to approval.
• Assess the commercial and financial strength of franchise businesses and ownership changes.
• Work closely with franchisors, franchisees and our internal teams to gather, verify and analyse information.
• Use established benchmarks and tools to ensure deals are consistent, practical and well-motivated.
• Prepare clear credit proposals and communicate outcomes and conditions to clients.
• Keep a close eye on quality, turnaround times and client experience throughout the process.
