Fixed Assets Administrator

Purpose Statement

  • To capitalise and administrate fixed assets of the company.


  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in accounting general ledger reconciliation
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in the Capex life cycle


  • Some practical experience in working with SAP

Qualifications (Minimum)

  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Finance



  • Basic accounting principles
  • Capex life cycle



  • Accounting software, especially SAP


  • Communications Skills
  • Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
  • Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills
  • Planning, organising and coordination skills
  • Attention to Detail
