Software Engineer: Full Stack III

We’re growing our engineering capability and bringing more work in-house as we migrate away from a vendor. This role exists to raise the quality of our front end and help us build modern, intuitive web experiences for the teams who use our tools every day. While this is a full-stack role, front-end excellence is the core focus. 

• Lead and deliver front-end features using React and Vue, with a strong focus on usability, performance and visual quality. 

• Own front-end patterns and reusable components, setting a high bar for consistency, accessibility and maintainability. 

• Partner with engineers and product partners to turn requirements into clear, working solutions. 

• Contribute across the stack when needed, using JavaScript and TypeScript on the back end, without losing sight of front-end quality. 

• Improve quality and delivery through code reviews, testing and practical engineering standards. 

• Help us reduce dependency on external vendors by owning features end-to-end and improving how we work. 

We’re a rapidly growing engineering team, building an agent management workspace and related capabilities as part of a broader move to build more solutions in-house. 

You’ll join a focused team that collaborates closely with a wider group working on integrations and automation across the business. 

This role plays a key part in strengthening our front-end capability in a space that has traditionally been more back-end heavy.

• Strong front-end engineering experience with React and/or Vue. 

• Proven ability to build polished, production-ready user interfaces using HTML and CSS. 

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. 

• Comfort working as a full-stack engineer when required, with a clear front-end strength. 

• Experience designing and maintaining reusable UI components and patterns. 

• A collaborative, self-driven approach with the confidence to speak up and engage constructively.
