We Give Back

Capitec established the Capitec Foundation in 2015. The Foundation is an independent, non-profit organisation that incorporates our corporate social investment (CSI) initiatives. It is actively involved in mathematics education programmes, tutoring programmes and financial life skills training. The Foundation also partners with the Department of Basic Education and various NGOs, tertiary institutions and other organisations to support these programmes.

We understand that our employees also want to get involved and want to give back on a more personal level. Through our Employee Volunteer Programme, you can step out of your daily routine and do something that has the potential to change someone’s life for the better. It can be as simple as giving some of your time, sharing your knowledge or learning a new skill.
