Graduate Development Programme

University graduates across South Africa have the opportunity to join our 18-month, cross-functional Graduate Development Programme (GDP) that focuses on developing the functional, organisational and leadership skills in Capitec. Through our GDP, graduates are part of a rotational programme and get a 360-view of our business, and see how we continuously come up with innovative ideas to help our clients bank better to live better.
