Purpose Statement

  • To provide an efficient and effective query resolution service to clients, 3rd parties and branches relating to Capitec Bank’s handed over-, debt review and administration order clients as well as related ad hoc recoveries and Insurance claim queries.

Experience

  • Minimum:
    • At least 2 years’ experience in a client service and / or legal collections environment

 

  • Ideal:
    • Experience of dealing with client relationships in matters of potential conflict  

 

Qualifications (Minimum)

  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

  • Diploma in Law

Knowledge

  • Minimum:
    • Knowledge of legal collections
    • MS Office ( MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel)

 

  • Ideal:
    • Knowledge of Capitec Bank  Handover and CCS Status policy
    • Legal Collections processes / procedures
    • Debt Review processes / procedures
