Purpose Statement
- To lead a team of agents to ensure SLA adherence within Recoveries Administration by strategically implementing processes and reporting to optimize client query handling, without increasing reputational risk to the benefit of Capitec Bank.
Experience
Minimum:
- Minimum of 3 -5 years’ experience in a banking, retail, finance, client service environment
Ideal:
- Previous people leadership experience
- Function relevant experience; deceased estates
Qualifications (Minimum)
- National Diploma
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge
Minimum:
- Leadership best practices
- People management principles
- Customer relationship management
- HR principles and processes
Ideal:
- Regulations pertaining to deceased estates
- Capitec Bank policies, including:
- Disciplinary code and procedures
- KPA procedures and policies
- Adherence policies
- Capitec banking system
- Liaising with 3rd party providers
- Working knowledge of legislation relevant to banking environment (i.a.FICA, National Credit Act (NCA), Consumer Protection Act (CPA), Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI)
- Leading a team in an SLA and client service focussed environment
