Purpose Statement

  • The Centralised Conversions team provides a specialised, centralised back‑office service responsible for processing debit order conversions and switches into Capitec.
  • The team enables a seamless transition for clients while supporting branches and digital channels with accurate, efficient processing.
  • To meet set targets and SLAs for effective service delivery and team effectiveness.
     

Experience

Minimum/Ideal:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a contact centre environment assisting with debit order switching and verifying debit order details. 

Qualifications (Minimum)

  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

    Knowledge

    Minimum/Ideal:

    • General awareness and understanding of the basic service/contact centre skills and knowledge
    • General office and information systems 
    • Client service principles
