About the role:
Embark on a pivotal role as a Credit Manager (Intuitive Lending) within our newly launched Business Bank division. Collaborate seamlessly with numerous stakeholders to ensure sound and forward-thinking lending decisions.

Our ideal candidate has:
- A relevant completed degree (Example Banking or Credit Management)
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in Intuitive/Judgemental credit application vetting within Business Banking
What you will be doing:
- To minimise the risk of loss through bad debts, and maximise profits for the business through effective execution of credit application, evaluation and approval processes, and ensuring the quality of credit risks across the portfolio is maintained.
- To interact with other areas of the bank and acting as a catalyst in ensuring compliance with agreed risk parameters as set out in the Bank’s strategy.
