Purpose Statement
- An Agent: Debt Review is responsible for liaising with debt counsellors regarding Capitec clients that are over indebted and under debt review. They are also required to accurately process legally sensitive debt review work within SLAs, managing changing priorities under pressure, staying aligned with updates, and taking full accountability for quality, timeliness, and communication.
- To meet set targets and SLAs for effective service delivery and team effectiveness.
Experience
Minimum/Ideal:
- 2 years’ experience in within a contact centre debt review environment.
Qualifications (Minimum)
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
Knowledge
Minimum/Ideal:
- General awareness and understanding of the basic service/contact centre skills and knowledge
- General office and information systems
- Client service principles
