The Risk Management Department is a strategic business partner, focused on enabling businesses to exceed expectations and achieve sustainable growth. The function operates beyond traditional, siloed risk disciplines and instead provides holistic, end-to-end risk oversight across the business.

What You'll Do as a Risk Specialist
Apply in-depth expertise for the area of Risk, as well as establish, develop and improve standards, frameworks and practices aligned to Risk. To apply subject matter expertise and a deep understanding of risk effectively across the organisation consulting with stakeholders. Provide deep subject matter expertise regarding the practice of Risk and be responsible for solving complex problems or challenges pertaining to Risk.
Contribute to the creation and implementation of Risk strategies aligned with the organisation and challenge the growth, efficiency and improvements pertaining to Risk. Provide guidance, training sessions, or educational materials to stakeholders to enhance understanding and competence within the field of Risk.
