About the role

  • To design, manage, test, implement and maintain decision and process automation through the use of lowcode functions aligned to business strategy and operational requirements, ensuring that the relevant internaland external governance is followed.
  • To provide support and query resolution and liaise with system parties to ensure timely resolution of business rules and process automation.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Possesses advanced knowledge of strategy automation tools
  • Coding in Apex and integrating using Apex classes
  • Experience with project management, business strategy documentation
  • Minimum of 4-6 years in lending automation toolsets like Experian PowerCurve and FICO Blaze

Minimum Education

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Management
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator

Ideal Education

  • Certification in Information Technology - Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Salesforce Platform Developer
  • Salesforce JavaScript Certified

Minimum Experience

  • 4 - 6 years’ experience in Scored and other lending automation toolsets
  • Experian PowerCurve
  • FICO Blaze
  • Salesforce Certification / Experience
  • nCino Experience

Minimum Knowledge

  • Strategy Automation tools
  • Coding in Apex
  • Integrating using Apex classes
  • Project Management and coordination
  • Business Strategy Documentation including assistance with drafting source documents for training purposes

Ideal Knowledge

  • Jira
  • Confluence
  • Agile
  • Scrum

Advance knowledge and understanding of:

  • Business and Systems Analysis Methodologies
  • ITIL Principles and the application thereof (incident and change management)

Good understanding of: 

  • Banking systems
  • Business banking models
  • Credit operational processing
  • Best practices for Quality Assurance (QA)
