About The Role

The Domain Architect (Salesforce) will be responsible for designing and overseeing end-to-end Salesforce architectural solutions within key business domains.  

This role requires a professional who can translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable technical architectures - ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and supporting delivery teams through the full lifecycle of solution implementation. 

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong architectural mindset, a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies, and the ability to balance technical rigour with business value delivery. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce architectural solutions aligned with business objectives and technology standards. 
• Define and maintain architecture principles, frameworks, and guidelines for Salesforce implementations. 
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure design integrity throughout development and deployment. 
• Evaluate and integrate emerging Salesforce technologies, including HTTP callouts linked to flows and AI agent development. 
• Collaborate with solution and enterprise architects to ensure cohesive system design and interoperability across domains. 
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of architectural practices and governance frameworks. 

What We Are Looking For

• Salesforce Certification up to Application Architect or System Architect level. 
• 3–5 years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years focused on architecture or solution design. 
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, integration patterns, and design principles. 
• Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end Salesforce solutions. 
• Exposure to banking or financial services, ideally with understanding of credit systems or complex credit processes. 
• AWS Solution Architect certification (advantageous but not mandatory). 
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. 
• A growth-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
