Purpose Statement

  • To manage a portfolio of EDCs to ensure optimal recoveries by influencing and guiding EDC processes and strategic initiatives through effective business relationship management, improved efficiencies, productivity and also ensuring compliance to SLA's and legislative requirements. 
  • To provide management support to the EDC Portfolio Manager in terms of the recovery strategy.

Experience

Min: 

  • 1 – 2 years’ experience within the banking or debt collection environments

Ideal:

  • Proven experience wrt debt collection procedures
  • Proven experience in stakeholder relationship management 
  • Proven experience in developing analytical models

Qualifications (Minimum)

  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
  • A relevant qualification in Finance or Accounting - Financial Accounting

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

  • Post Graduate Diploma in Finance or Business Management
