Purpose Statement

To be the custodian for sales operational excellence, and enable an optimal sales and service experience, provide input into, and drive the sales strategy and manage end to end supplier relationships.

Experience

  • 8-10 years relevant management experience in a corporate sales environment
  • Managing a large national sales team
  • Experience in the Rental Industry is required, banking and vehicle finance experience will be advantageous. 

Qualifications (Minimum)

  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

  • A relevant degree in Marketing

Knowledge

  • Sales principles and processes
  • Competitor tactics, distribution channels and product offering
  • Market segmentation propositions and supplier profiles
  • Sales strategies and operations in the Rental environment
