Purpose Statement

As Product Head within Client Experience Delivery: Business Bank, you’ll shape the future of business banking by creating solutions that empower entrepreneurs and drive economic growth. You’ll lead a passionate team to deliver innovative products that fuel client acquisition, boost transactional volumes, and grow deposits. From strategy to execution, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming how businesses bank—simplifying complexity, leveraging technology, and delivering value that sets us apart in the market.

 

*Note: In our operating model, a “product” can take many forms—it could be a core offering (e.g., Live Better), a channel (e.g., our App), a platform (e.g., Bancs), or even a capability that enables exceptional client experiences. 

Education (Minimum)

  • Bachelor's Degree

Education (Ideal or Preferred)

  • Honours Degree

Knowledge and Experience

Minimum Experience:

  • Proven Leadership: 10+ years in senior business management within a high-performing, innovative environment—ideally in banking or FinTech.
  • Product Expertise: 5+ years managing products, preferably in Business Banking (e.g., Current Accounts, Savings, Investments) with a track record of driving client growth, transaction volumes, and deposits. Experience in cards and payments is a plus.
  • Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to own and shape a product strategy from concept to delivery.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Skilled at managing multiple initiatives and influencing diverse business and technology stakeholders.
  • Strategic & Technical Depth: Comfortable operating at strategic, tactical, and technical levels, with experience in at least one technical role.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Adept at using metrics to validate assumptions, measure success, and guide product evolution.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Familiar with usability studies, customer research, and leveraging feedback for product validation.
  • Leadership Excellence: Experienced in leading multi-functional and remote/hybrid teams within a single-product operating model.
