Purpose Statement

  • To achieve agreed monthly sales targets in MRF by value and number of applications through an established supplier/ business partner network.
  • To grow the supplier portfolio through successful identification and onboarding of new quality suppliers to increase application activity, control and manage incoming applications and maintain service delivery standards to suppliers and business partners. 

Experience

Minimum:

  • Remote / distance relationship management
  • Turn around times and working within those limits
  • Client focus – service delivery 
  • General office and administration practices and standards
  • Proven experience of selling, including negotiating and closing deals. 
  • Experience of managing the new relationships / clients value chain; onboarding end to end.
  • Supplier management experience
  • Analysing financial statements
  • Processing applications
  • Experience of the rental market, especially office automation

Ideal:

  • At least 5 (five) years general rental finance experience and relationship building 

Qualifications (Minimum)

  • Higher Certificate in Finance or Business Administration

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

  • National Diploma in Finance or Business Administration

Knowledge

Minimum:

  • Understanding of the current market and industry to identify possible new opportunities
  • Understanding of rental finance and related products 
  • Discounting process
  • Understanding of the office automation, IT, telephony rental environments 
  • Basic understanding of Financial statements; Financial analysis of customers financial position
  • Understanding the difference between rental / lease / cash

Ideal:

  • MRF policies and procedures
