About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering impactful solutions that touch millions of lives? Capitec’s Savings team is looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to help shape the future of banking for every client. Join a team at the heart of Capitec, responsible for the bank’s core savings products—including main accounts, access anytime, fixed accounts, and notice deposits. You’ll work closely with the product manager, business engineers, and developers to drive innovation and ensure seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver new features and enhancements directly into the hands of clients, impacting over 24 million clients.
- Analyse and optimize the full lifecycle of savings products, identifying friction points and opportunities for improvement.
- Leverage rich client data to generate insights and personalize offerings.
- Collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment—driving change.
- Ensure all changes are production-ready and consider the scale and impact on the client base.
Our Ideal Candidate
-
At least 5 years relevant work experience in Business Analysis
-
Proven experience delivering features to clients above and beyond research or reporting
-
Strong ability to manage complexity in a transactional, multifaceted environment.

Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change; thrives in agile teams.

Experience with production changes affecting large client populations.
Minimum Knowledge

Grade 12 National Certificate/Vocational

A relevant certificate in Business Analysis
