Purpose Statement
- To effectively and efficiently bringing together multiple functional, departmental or project elements for the effective running of routines and delivery of initiatives, projects and activities for a defined area of the business.
Education (Minimum)
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Education (Ideal or Preferred)
Knowledge and Experience
Experience:
- 2-3yrs experience providing efficient and effective support, coordination and administration experience in a fast moving environment.
- Planning, organising and multi- tasking to deliver and achieve results.
- Stakeholder liaison and management.
- Using initiative, judgement and foresight to enable multiple
Knowledge:
- Coordination and administration practices and tools such as systems, planning, organising, scheduling, stakeholder management in a business, financial environment.
- Compiling and generating reports and metrics
- General principles of business and management
- Internal and external communication methods and practices
- Stakeholder and relationship building and management
Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Communications Skills
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills
