Capitec Bank is looking for a dynamic and strategic thinker to join our team as an Executive Associate to the CMO. This pivotal role supports not only the Chief Marketing Officer but the entire marketing division, driving key initiatives from strategic support and business planning to research, development, and project leadership.

Your strong analytical skills and strategic insight enable you to assess complex situations and develop actionable strategies. You’re ready to dive into tasks with enthusiasm and a fresh perspective, making you an indispensable part of our forward-thinking team.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- 8+ years of experience across various functional practices, preferably within Marketing, with at least 5 years in a middle management role.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic support to the CMO and contribute to division-wide business planning and integration.Conduct high-level research and development to keep our marketing strategies ahead of the curve.Lead special projects, demonstrating exceptional leadership and project management skills.Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of innovative marketing solutions.
