About the role

As the Client Engagement Lead, you will play a key supporting role in driving the operational efficiency and delivery of Client Engagement initiatives. You’ll work closely with the CE Manager to coordinate day-to-day tasks, manage content within Studio, and support data gathering and stakeholder testing activities. In addition to ensuring seamless project execution alongside CRM Architects, you’ll also help manage stakeholder relationships and track progress across initiatives. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to step in for the CE Manager when needed—making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Experience and knowledge

  • 5+ years of experience in client engagement, marketing operations, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in managing stakeholders and coordinating tasks across multiple teams.
  • 5+ Experience working Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM platforms.

Qualifications (ideal or preferred)

  • Certification in Project Management
  • Diploma in Marketing or Business Management

Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce and AWS Data technology.
  • Understanding of CE marketing strategies and content management systems (e.g., Studio).
