Purpose Statement
To manage and optimise the delivery of embedded financial services through approved partner channels by coordinating internal teams and partners to ensure scalable, compliant and commercially viable execution aligned to Capitec’s embedded finance strategy.
Experience
Min/Max:
6–8 years’ experience in financial services, digital channels, partnerships or delivery roles.
Proven experience coordinating cross‑functional delivery teams in regulated environments.
Experience managing partner relationships or channel‑based delivery initiatives.
Exposure to commercial agreement execution and performance monitoring.
Experience working within governance, risk and compliance frameworks.
People management or team leadership experience.
Qualifications (Minimum)
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Finance
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
- Post Graduate Diploma in Finance
Knowledge
Min/Max:
Knowledge of embedded finance concepts and digital distribution channels.
Understanding of banking products, regulatory requirements, risk and operational risk controls.
Working knowledge of partner delivery models and integration‑enabled offerings.
Knowledge of people management practices and principles.
Awareness of digital delivery practices and customer journey optimisation concepts.
Understanding of commercial performance metrics, reporting and cost drivers.
