Purpose Statement
- To ensure the timeous and accurate administration of salaries and other remunerations benefits of Capitec Bank employees.
Qualifications (Minimum)
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Finance
Experience
Minimum:
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in SAGE People 300
Ideal:
- 5 years’ experience in a similar environment
Knowledge
Minimum:
- SAGE People 300 Payroll System
- General HR knowledge (e.g. UIF, Statutory regulations, provident fund)
- Payroll administration
Ideal:
- Knowledge of:
- ESS (employee self-service) and InfoSlips
Skills

- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
