About The Role

  • Developing and optimizing business processes to ensure the accuracy and quality of client information.
  • Tracking and managing the client's risk status, KYC status, and other relevant information to make informed decisions about product offerings.
  • Ensuring that client information is up-to-date and accurate across different business contexts, including retail, business banking, and insurance.
  • Handling ongoing due diligence, enhanced due diligence, and client offboarding processes.
  • Designing client experiences to optimize data quality and reduce friction in updating client information, particularly through digital channels like apps.
  • Understanding and mapping business processes from a client's perspective and working backwards to solve problems.
  • Communicating ideas clearly to stakeholders and making decisions based on detailed analysis and understanding of complex client relationships.

 

Our Ideal Candidate

  • At least 5 years of experience in business process engineering
  • A background in engineering, preferably industrial engineering or any other relevant engineering qualification.
  • A proven track record of understanding and solving complex business problems, particularly from a client's perspective.
  • Experience in creating personalized client experiences and understanding the importance of a unified view of the client.
  • The ability to map business processes and work backwards from the client's perspective.
  • An understanding of data structures and how data flows through different systems, although a deep data background is not essential.
  • Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and the importance of maintaining accurate client data.
  • A focus on creating better client experiences and offers by ensuring up-to-date client information.

 

Minimum Education

  • Grade 12 National Certificate/Vocational
  • A relevant engineering qualification, preferably in industrial engineering or any other engineering discipline.
