Purpose Statement

  • Conduct comprehensive research with regards to market & property trends to identify possible premises for Capitec Bank branches
  • Responsible for existing and new external property stakeholder (i.e. estate agents, property developers & brokers) liaison and relationship management
     

Experience

Min:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in property / premises sourcing and negotiating lease agreements within the properties environment

Ideal:

  • Operational knowledge of Capitec Bank branch environment

Qualifications (Minimum)

  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
  • A relevant tertiary qualification

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

    Knowledge

    Knowledge of:

    • Property industry (i.e property law, lease contracts)
    • Budgeting, planning and control
    • Statutory requirements of:
      • NBR (National Building Regulations – SABS 0400)
      • OHSA (Occupational Health and Safety Act)
